Dirt Biking...on the way to Old age Home...

11th Jan 2009, 3pm;

Its was 3pm, when we all gathered at Vinit's place.. One wonderful Afternoon, I say!!
We all were ready to leave for oldage home.. Boyz were ready to rock on their bikes and Girls ready to get bored in Car!! Hahahaha....We had more fun Ladies!!!oouuuu
Sorry Ladies, But cant help it!!
A joureny through Road towards ADASA began!!
Me,Yogesh,Saurabh,Pratik,Ishan,Rajdeep and Amit were on Bike...Ahh! Mr Vinit Kariya was driving the car for Ladies...Hehehe
It took us 90mins to reach oldage home,it was 35kms U see...Thinking Itna time kyo laga!! Coz, we had break journey guys... First we stopped at Petrol Pump, it was necessary...Then, we stopped by a place were we could do dirt biking. Wellllllllllllllllllll, Im missing something,Oh okkkk

We boyz, took a stop to a place near N.Jain's farm House..We took some breath taking snaps with Mother Nature!! Man, we all were looking Kool and Handsome. We all were thinking that we will use our photos in our portfolio..It will light up some good impression on ppl..
oppsss!! Back to everybody, we all stopped at a Place were we could do dirt biking, (Venue: 30kms from Nagpur).
First we all did rock climbing.....................25-30fts!! But will still enjoyed..Once we all reached up there we all posed for some good snaps.
Then, a vocie came from behind "Guys, we are getting late"...So everybody got down, wish we could do Rappling there;Hard luck...
Till the time Girls got down, we boyz did dirt biking...I was awesome there!!! Damn, no pics of ours was taken..Yogesh I will kill U (Yogesh was our part time Photographer)..Wondering,wat he was doing there,Riding bike!!
Wel, I cant explain everything...I mean the feeling we had after all that..
The only thing I can add is,we all had loads of fun...climbing,falling,running, hitting each other and dirt biking!! The feeling was Awesome!!
Finally we had to leave...Ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Enter the real world....Guys!!

11th Jan 2009, 4:30pm;
After all the masti, through out the way to Adasa..we entered "Matroshri Oldage Home" 35kms from Zero mile, towards Adasa.. We entered,I was so astonished to see that all of us went serious..Thats was good, but it was all of a sudden but at the same time...Sense of responisblity U see.. We entered, had loads of work to do...Had to arrange Tables and chairs for them, Had to make other arrangements..
Without wasting our time, everybody distributed there own work and started working on it.. Few went to arrange the Tables, Few were arranging the Chairs, Few went to call the Residents of this home... Few went and escorted them towards the hall....and rest were making arrangements of Cake, sweet and Socks!!
Within 10mins everything was done, an we were ready to start the Program..We bagan, with our introduction and abt our organization and its functions..Then, there was a Cake cutting ceremony, Fortunately there was a Bday boy, and we asked to do him the Honors(To cut the cake)...He was delighted and so were we... Then, elders came in front, shared there experiences and there thoughts, there view abt Youth India.. No saying for the sake of writing, its the fact, they apprecitated us,gave us there Ideas, what they wanted to do as Youth...
There was only blessing flowing in the room,we were drowned for sure!! Thank you Kaka and Kaki for ur Blessing...Thankx a ton!!!
Then, we distrubuted Sweets and at the end the socks...Thinking, why socks?? why no Food or Funds!! We have got reasons for that..Wel, they are provided with Food & shelter, couldnt give them funds, coz they are elder to us, and that not wat ethics says. Donate money..Nahhhh!!
So we thought of giving them socks, as it was winter season and they walk in there room bare footed which make bring some disease..We didnt want that to happen to those Cute ppl!!
So we gave them, socks!!!!
Then, this was the end of our program...Had Good comments coming round the corner..Good Ideas were flowing and Floods of Blessing was there!! Every "Youth India" escorted each and every elder back to there Rooms..
We all really felt good, that we could spent some time with them..But, we also felt bad that they are not leaving with there Families!! They wished us "All the best"..And we wished that "they get all the happiness they desire" and we will do everything possible under "Youth India's" power..
Had nice time...Really nice and Pure time!!

Hey................this wasnt the end of the Journey....There so much still to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Masti Ka time for Youth Indians!! Masti ki Patshala

Its was 6pm when "Youth India"'s members came out from the Oldage home, everybody had Happiness on there faces but somewhere down, everybody was not feeling gud abt some....May be by seeing the Elders sitting out there rooms (in old age Home) and waiting for someone who would never return.. Man,it really was feeling. Its easy to say that U can understand there Trauma,but I can bet everybody out there reading this No one can Understand there feeling and Inner Trauma.

We not only enjoyed on th way to Adasa...But we had a blast while coimg back to City..

Alright,so now it was the time to have some fun...So what did we do???Guys and Gals, U cant even imagine...We had a blast after this, first we went out for Temple had some fun, took some memorable snaps and then moved towards city!!

Thinking, is that wat we enjoyed!! Naahhhh.......

The Journey was not over yet, while we were returning back to city...Everybody was starving, so thought of having something.. No we didnt stop by a Restu..Nor a Hotel..Nor some sophisticated place for dinner, we took a halt a Local Dhabha (Oye!! Sharma da Dhabha)

So,everyone got down there Bikes...........Wait, Sorry Ladies got down from the Car, Standard U see..Just kidding Ladies!!

Back to Dhabha, we had to choice to sit at Dhabha..One sitting on Chair unlike other Restu and Hotels...and the other was Sitting on Cot, folding ur legs...Everybody, choose to sit on Cot and have Dinner in the Dhabhawala's and Truckerwala's style... Damn, we enjoyed it!!

what next?? Order for the dinner ofcourse... So, we called up th waiter and asked him for the Menu.
Waiter "Ap ka Order"
We "Kay kay miley ga"
Waiter "Mutter Paneer, shahi paneer".....Man I cant write everything he said..and that too in a speed of 100kms/hr.
We finally shut our mouth and order the normal food...."Kon yaad rakhey ja men" and "Isjat ka sawal tha..Had to order somethinng"
Ordered, got the dinner on the Cot, and we all started... It was not just the food we all were having...We had jolly discussion, cracked some PJ's and "ek ek ki uda rahey they". Had gala time!! Now, it was time to get up and pay the bills.. (Worst part man)..to pay bills
We paid and we were not in a mood to leave so early..It was just 9pm yaar, but had no choice...Said Dasvidaniya to all and moved back to our "Home sweet Home"...

But we all said "We will meet again"..........This was just the begining!!

25th Jan...Day of Trauma and Dilemma!!

25th Jan 2009,

It was 10am in the Mrg, everybody calling eachother, asking "What part of work do I have and wht part of work Should I do"... Everybody, working united!! Moment to Cherish and Moment to die for......

Everythings apart,everybody was in gr8 Trauma & Dilemma..Then, their was a meeting called upon at 1pm...No body knew what there are going to do, except for knwing that they have to work for 26th Jan 2009 and hve to work hard!

1pm---------> Members started coming, one by one. Till 2pm no one had any idea what are they doing and what are they suppose to do..

Then,out the Blues work started., few started working on the Movie, Few started working on the Ppt and few started reheashing the PPT!!!

Making a PPT and Movie aint any Big thing or big achievement, but everybody of us started from the sratch...Oh, yes we started everything the same day...25th jan 2009!!

PPT was to be made,concept was clear but the content wasnt striking the mind, even if it did...Is wasnt that satifactory, we wanted it strik ppls Heart, and after every 1 slide all the members use to sit and see the slide and then decide, wheather everythings perfect or not..This went on till the last slide..(1-10) slides!!

Same was for the Movie,creating a movie....creating for 1min, every member is watching it and apprecating it!! The movie was of 10mins, but the movie was prepared in 3hrs...

Damn, these 3-4 hrs were very stressful... this wasnt the end of the day!!

No soon it was 7pm evening, when everybody saw the Clock...Man, it was the moment to be captured..Hard luck, the cam got out of order..Everybody was shocked and they couldnt believe that they were working for such long time without noticing the Clock..Girls from Governing Board had to rush, and surprisingly there part was done..so it made no Difference even if they left!! They were Gr8 help..........Thankx Ladies!!

Now, it was 7:30pm...we all took rest for 30mins!!! and made a plan of having something.. we called for Samosa and Cold drink....uhhhh, finally something went into the stomoch!! Back to work Boys, uttered our Treasurer.. Few of us werent in a mode to work..but had to work.

Motivating words from him "Do u want Change"..we said "Yes"...He uttered again "Then believe the change and work for it".That was some motivation!! Thankx Bro... :-)

Few, worked for a while and they had to leave...So they left!! Now it was only 5of us to work..Vivek Bhai, Vinit, Saurabh, Amit and Ashwin.. We were Blank, but knew we had to work.

70% of our work was done..Now there was something lacking, something was missing, something was incomplete...what was it!! what was it?? Ahhh...it was our Membership card!! No Format, no card and it was Sunday 10:00pm, So no Netcafe to be open...Worried..Then, within 5mins the card format was prepared on PowerPoint and it was giving for print.Finally, even that part was done.. No what? was the question!!

Vivek Bhai asked " Is ur script ready"?.......Damn, balls We screamed "No"!! now the real Trauma began, what to do?.. We sat till 4am, 26th Jan 2009 at a Promoter's Place (Mr Kirit thakkar) and we prepared the Scrpit and did the rehearsal!!

Finally everything was done, but it was 4am in Dawn of 26th Jan 2009..the day of exceution!!

The Day, Night and Dawn of Trauma and Dilemma ended!!

B4 Installation!!! on 26th Jan 2009

Vande Matram Youth!! Happy Republice Day, was the first thing that we Youth Indian members wished each other..Then, we all started wishing each other "All the Best Buddy" and "Congratulation for our Installation".. Moment of Glory, Pride and Honour, not only for India and Indians but also for "Youth India" and "Youth Indians".. Its stated like this, We all members met at our Promoters place "Youth Vinit Kariya", reporting time 09:00am sharp.. Surprisingly, everybody reached on time, in fact few reached B4 time...Tension and excitment U see!!! Everybody starring at eachother, it was pin drop silence for 5mins. Then, suddenly...."Vande Matram" came aloud from a corner.Then we all joined the voice..That definelty bought a sigh of reilfe to us all... Finally, time to leave for Venue....(Tension Time) We all left in a group of 3..2 groups in 2 different car and 2 members on Bike. Man, I felt that aura it wasnt that good..Butterflies, making move in ur Stomoch and anxiety level reaching on the edge. Everybody, going blank and have no clue what next!!! Ehhh...Ehhh...We stopped by,at the venue; everybody got down.........All of a sudden everybody,come on guys Loads of work to be done and we havent got time.. Everybody, without any doubt and without any quirie rush to their work stations and completed work on time.. Few decorated the Venue, few made the welcome arrangment, Few made pojectors arrangements and few made the arrangements for Refreshments..As everything, was going on it was quite noticable that there was tension on every Board members face and they couldny avoid it. But, Unity and Frdship is the Best thing at all such times..Everybody, was trying to calm others by cracking PJ's, jokes and By singing songs in way which could have broke the glass too!! Moment for Frdship and Pride!! And then...................................it was 10:30am!!!

10:30am...Installation time began!!

As the clock struck 10:30am...Heart beats went above Normal!!

Not only the members but also the promoters were tensed, thinking what will happen and How will things go on?? One question in everybodies mind...."How will"???

Moment arrived.. 10:30 am was the refreshment time given to the Guests, frds and members..Well, no one arrived on time, U see Indian Standard Time.Few of our Frds and Guests made there appearance by 11:00am..few coming at 11:15am, few making it upto 11:30am, Heights of being late few made it up by 12;30pm!!

Like, A great person said it "The Show must go on"..We did not wait for more Guests and Frds, we started our programe!!

So the Show "Began"..........Began a new era of Youth and its Idea's

30mins was all about "Youth India", its promoters, its Governing board members and their Introduction.

Then, it was seen that few ppl sitting there were not interested in all kind of Lecture or speech..It was a boredom for them, they concluded by moving out the venue..

Something had to be done,and to be done fast enough.....

Fun time began...with a Lesson to be thought------------------> Thank you Mr Vivek Kariya

Wondering, why I thanked Mr Vivek Kariya!! Well, he was the man behind the Idea and the its excutation.. And Idea to have fun and teach Leadership along with co-ordination.

"Cross the Bridge"----------------> venue wasnt having water, Sea or River around..Its was on Land with Help of Papers

Ahh....Not getting it...Cum on I will explain it

First divide ppl into groups..Group must atleast have 7 members, more the members more is the fun. Then, spread newspapers on Floor. Few must be Half open and few must be Quaterly open. Now, one leads the way..He/She can keep his/her Leg on paper, one walking behind has to follow some rules, Like he/she can keep only max 2 legs on Qualter paper and min 1

Same for Half paper,max 3 and min 2..

Sounds, simple...Ahhhh...Uhhhhhh Think again!! It wasnt that easy..everygroup took atleast 8-10 attempt to croos over it without any mistake

It was fun and learning all the way.. Thinking what was the learing part..Ahhh,one how can lead the team without any mistake and without any kind of Mis co-ordination is a true leader in him/herself..

It wasnt seen in the teams that came, as everybody had there own Ego's and there own Comfort Zone, which made it more difficult for a team to "Cross the bridge"..Ohffff!! Finally, Team 3 made it, They were the first one to cros over..

This was no the end of the Event, we had a presentation of "Youth India",very nicely explained by Youth Saurabh Heda and Handled the situtation very calmly..Hatoff Buddy!!

Its was not only him who did so..We have all our Youth Members, doing something or the other for event.

Youth Vinit Kariya.....The Promoter, The creative Head...And the secretary of 2009, worked the hardest and I give him 9.5/10 for his efforts.

Youth Amrita Sharma.....Ahhh, Miss President of 2009, she prepared a Movie out of photos, tough job..9/10...She created an aura of Fun and Motivation

Youth Vivek Kariya....The treasurer...and the soul of the Game.. cant judge him!!!

Youth Rajdeep Singh, Youth Amit Gunani, Youth Prathiba Lalwani & Youth Ashwin Kumar..also did there part very efficiently..Hatsoff to every Youth India's members, and yes our silent members Youth. Yogesh Padye and Youth Pratik Soni, every they worked hard to make thi event successful.. Thank you everybody..

This was Just the Beginning for New Youth Era!!

Ohhhhhhh damn!!! How can I forget that...balls!!

Health Camp!!

Hello Youthians!!
Congratulation on the first success of Youth India. Our installation on 26th Jan 2009.
As discussed in the installation,we said that we will conduct events very frequently..Wel now its time to work for it then.

Youth India along with Dr Rasikbai Kariya and his panel of Doctors have arranged a Helath Camp at Fitri Village, Near Hanuman Mandir, 12kms from Zero mile,towards Kamptee Road.
In the Health camp ,Doc are coming from all the department..
Doc's from aryuvedic, Doc's from aollopathic and Doc's from Homoipathic will come together and treat all the villagers for free.. Youth India and other clubs joing the same will distrubute free medicine accordingly..
Distrubuting, medicine is just not the needfull to be done there, Youth India's Motto is to make every Indian a responsible Indian...And we will stand upto it,
Governing board & members of Youth India have decided to teach the villagers about the hygeine,like boil the water B4 consuming it, washing of hand B4 eating or drinking water and many more to come on list..All our members are working hard B4 the event and I asure all the readers that even On 1st feb 2009, Youth Indian's will work same with complete dedication and love towards the work.

I request every reader to join us in this camp and help us to make the Villagers live healthy and better life. And make them responsible Indians
